LymeCare app for iPhone and iPad

„LymeCare“ is the only app available that allows chronic Lyme disease patients to monitor their general health and track their Lyme symptoms on a daily basis. The LymeCare app is thorough, easy to use, and can help electronically connect the patient directly to the doctor!
The patient would simply answer a series of questions each day. The data collected from the questionnaire would be used to create a statistical evaluation of the patient’s current health conditions, in the form of two graphs. If the patient’s reported symptoms become increasingly worse, the doctor is notified immediately via email.
